Waste Metal Shredding & Recycling System

Scrap crushing production line belongs to the category of waste metal recovery production line equipment. It is mainly for crushing and processing of large volume scrap iron and steel materials. Scrap metal crusher is the basis of the extension of broken scrap metal recovery.
The whole production line is composed of feeding conveyor – host machine – vibrating feeder – discharging conveyor – magnetic separator – iron conveyor – impurity conveyor – dust collector – PLC control cabinet.

Application.

1. Waste vehicle, motorcycle, bicycle etc.
2. Steel plate not exceeding 10mm, rebar not exceeding 16mm and section steel, steel structure parts.
3. Other scrap steel, if packing blocks with density not more than 0.65 t /m3.
4. Household appliances excluding motors, compressors, shafts etc.

Working Process

1. Primary shredder machine- Finished product size 5-10cm Strip shape ;
2. Hammer crusher machine- Finished product size 3-5cm ball shape ;
3. Magnetic separator machine- Separate the iron and no-metal ;
4. Eddy current separator- Separate the Non ferrous and non-ferrous metals ;
5. Pulse dust and cyclone dust collector – Collect the dust.
