Working Principle

The plastic crusher machine the movable cutter disc to rotate at high speed through an electric motor. During the high-speed rotation of the movable cutter, it forms a relative motion with the fixed cutter. The gap formed between the movable cutter and the fixed cutter creates a plastic crushing and shearing cut, thereby crushing large pieces of plastic. The crushed plastic is filtered and output through a screen to adjust the size of the plastic particles.
