Working Principle

The hydraulic twin-shaft shredder’s operating principle is based on a dual-shaft drive system combined with hydraulic transmission technology. The hydraulic system provides power to shred materials.
1. Twin-Shaft Shearing Structure
It consists of two counter-rotating cutter shafts, each equipped with staggered shredding blades. Once the material enters the shredding chamber, the blades shred it through shearing, squeezing, and tearing forces.
2. Hydraulic Transmission System
A hydraulic pump drives a planetary reducer to provide power. The cutter shaft speed and torque are controlled through hydraulic circuits, achieving efficient shredding.
3. Compound Crushing Method
Combined with comb-type tooth plates, a shear gap is formed. Through multiple tearing, squeezing, and shearing actions, the material is gradually broken down and discharged through the screen.
