Four Shaft Shredder

Consuming increasingly complex industrial solid waste, bulky garbage, and scrap metal, traditional single- or dual-shaft shredders often face capacity bottlenecks, material jamming, and uneven output sizes.

Working Principle

After initial shredding and pre-compression by the upper two shafts, the material immediately falls into the lower two shafts for secondary fine shearing. This process significantly improves processing efficiency, avoids overloading a single cutter shaft, and ensures more uniform and controllable output sizes.

Feature

1.Unique Design: Utilizing two pairs of upper and lower cutter shafts, the shredders form a continuous “coarse crushing-refining” dual-stage shredding zone.
2.Heavy-Duty Structure: The main body is welded from Q345B or higher grade steel plates and stress-relieved to ensure structural stability and an exceptionally long service life under extreme operating conditions.
3.Powerful Power: Equipped with four high-power motors and a hardened gear reducer, it provides a continuous flow of massive torque, easily tearing through a variety of difficult materials such as rolls of plastic film, scrap tires, large pieces of furniture, and used car hulls.
4.Selected Materials: Both the rotating and fixed blades are made of imported/domestic top-grade alloy tool steel (such as D2 and SKD11). They undergo multiple vacuum heat treatments and cryogenic treatments, resulting in exceptional hardness, toughness, and wear resistance.
